ha! you've made a leaf from a parrot? you are very creative person! anyway it seams very good but i think creating a logo you should fulfil two "missions" : your logo should be beautiful but also meaningful. I think the second one is failed. Secondly, if there wasn't written "leaftech", i would never guess it is a leaf.

It's looking but it is a speechless,viewer won't get the message what you want to say.
The logo, the identity is the entry to their business. It sets the mood, it determines how people will react, how people will view and gauge this new business. There is no denying it, this is important stuff.So you need some professional ideas.
