Real Estate Site Layout
Well I sorta left my dad's site in the dark and recently got motivated to finish with an idea I got on what to do with it. So I finished it.
The sub pages will look the same but they just wont have that extra info on the left (maybe?)...
Tell me what you think, I think it turned out nice.

Good template. I am sure was hard to come up with something. Dont quite like those colors personally, but all very profesionally well made.

Thanks. The only reason why I used those colors are because Century 21 uses yellow so I thought I'd stick with it.

Yup who knows maybe if you would send them your dads site, they might have you do some more. Just a thought.

Yah. I've been lookin around at local realtors sites and they're not that great. This might get me some business. Although I dunno if I wanna make my dad's competitors look nice?

It's ok, not that bad. Just add some more color. The realtor site I'm working on is kind of plain, but that is good. I don't like that drop shadow with buying a house, and that font is overused. Not bad overall.

I don't really know if I like that font used for his name and in the nav.
Overall, I think the page looks great
I would keep the extra info on the left on the subpages, too.

Thanks guys. Yah I dunno about the font either. I didn't really mess with the fonts since the last time I worked on it. I was aiming more just to get everything layed out first.
I would add some more color but nothing really matches with yellow. And like I said, since yellow is Century 21's color I wanna keep it like that...
As for the drop shadow, I thought it looked nice. Anyone else not like that?

The yellow words in the subheadings could be a little darker. Would be easier to read that way.
I don't think you need any more color.
What drop shadow?

It might look better without the shadows. Have you tried taking them off to see how it looks?

The "Area's I" is the same yellow it was before the other two are a little darker. I took off one of the drop shadows. I dunno. I like it both with and without. So I'm gonna leave this up to you guys!

I like the darker text and the box without a shadow.

Should I make the text even darker or is it good like this?

Looks very good for a local business which doesn't need many keywords.
