Cool music...
But the text is near impossible to read to me.
The "grunge"-type font looks like everything is close together, so it's hard to tell where one word ends and the other begins.

yeah its good
put it inside the site when u've made it though - or have the rest of the site (headers footers navigation etc) to load in the background while you watch, then bring it into view after the movie ends. Don't forget a 'skip intro' put the skip intro outside the flash - otherwise u have to wait till the Flash is downloaded before you can skip it( - by which time u may as well watch it after downloading!)

Font is terrible, I would change it out. The "W" looks like a Y
I liked the music, the whole message was interesting.

yea you need a skip intro link, it takes a while to load. maybe think about a preloader as well so it doesnt look like there's nothing on the site.
