meh... not too woried about that right now, considering that page is on my isp's server, lord knows where... nothing is optimized.

Flash_header has the jaggies.
Do it in a higher resolution, than resize down, by 1/2 steps, then optomize it.
I couldn't do a good job with the one on the site, cause it looks like you went up on it instead of sizing down (when viewed smaller you'll see the jags. but this one is 1/6 the bytes, think about rollovers instead of flash menu, and add some text links.

It looks great, but if no one sees it........

Optimise for MSN. Women sites are where it's at and MSN is what they use to search.

i dont get what your saying...

your suggesting i build the flash bigger then size it down? why would i do that? check your page and make sure your viewing it at high res.

i see the gradient blocky-ness in your pic, but not on the graphic on my page. i build to size, neither bigger nor smaller - W+H=done

there will be a second navigation in html. i dont see any reason to have both in html.
