The upgrade price is pretty generous.

Generous to us. Only $170.
And you can upgrade from any version of Photoshop.

I payed $600 to upgrade my Macromedia software, $300 of that is just Flash.
I find $170 to be generous. Read through the Adobe site, seems to be plenty of new features.
Color match looks awesome! Text on a path, no more having to import from Freehand or illustrator.
Im wondering how it will handle my Wacom, if its improved.

Thats what I have. It will work with EVERYTHING, its just how well. Im sure it will work better in Photoshop CS, PS7 has special features just for it.. tilt, brush control. Adobe probly worked to improve that.

The new one is OK. Not that many new features that I've found. But the preview box of what a filter does is very helpful
