This is a header for RadioFreeAmsterdam, I'm building them a new site.
I made the bg picture at a Neville Brothers concert a few weeks ago.

What does the background have to do with the topic? Background is dark. Makes my work look very bad.

Ferre, please explain to Noob what the Graphic Design Forum is about.

Honestly, Ferre, I don't really like the background image, it is too dark, blurry, and indiscernible for my liking. I spent 10 mins trying to figure out what the image is depicting and still have not figured it out. I like the colors though, and the rest of the header.

I want to know is how does it relate to the website! It is about radio (Radio Free Amsterdam) from the caption on the graphic

No, it's really not about the website, it's about the header.

It's lights at a concert. I don't think it needs to match (it sort of does though) the theme. It would be better...but Ferre is a big boy!

And he looks like the dude from SOAD!

Not necessarily the graphics in the header, but the point is, this is the Graphic Design Forum and it is about graphics (or, should be), and that is what I commented on.

First, it's 1000X better than what they have now. I like the idea of concert lights, but I wouldn't have known that's what they were if I wasn't told. Colors and design are good, but I agree with the above, define the image a bit.

ack!, too chroma for my likes. red and blue!?

the header should be lighter, it doesnt match the white space in the body.
