Reducing width to 100 brings height to 75 otherwise you'll have more white at the top and bottom.

Cookies for anyone that can resize this image
http://i192.photobucket.com/albums/z...8120909828.gif

I would like both
150 (height... I don't know what proportionally that would make the width)
And 100 Height.

I really wish I had image readyxD

The file size can be reduced by reducing the colour pallette and overall quality of the image as well as reducing the number of frames (37) or removing every other frame. What's your max file size you need?

Even if I optimize it and take a half dozen frames out you're still in the 80's for the larger one. If you want the larger in the 60's you'll just have to go smaller. If I remove too many frames they get too jerky.

You're welcome Bluesnow. It only takes a minute to reduce the size and quality. Just let me know if you want it done.

What you see is only a thumbnail. Clicking on it links you to the full animated avatar.

140x 140, 13kb. Just click on the thumbnail to get to the resized animation, Bob.
