looks like some of the velvet posters form the 70's - 80's that comes to life under ultraviolet light (black light)

Actually, I was thinking the same thing.
It reminds me of the scene from Enter the Dragon when the heroin girls are in the lounge at Han's compound.

Thanks guys.
Atom, I want to work up to making a 765x90 or larger. But smaller ones that could be tiled to that size might be better.
Maybe my next one will be 765x90. See what strikes me.
What is this "Enter the Dragon when the heroin girls are in the lounge at Han's compound"? Where is the picture of that?

I used the blur tool on the parts of the image that i wanted smoothed. Just rolled it over it until it looked better.

No I meant when you create something make the canvas big so that you can make a bigger image ... like this ..

I kind of like it .. not crazy about the color.
By the looks you stretched a smaller image, you usually can get away with shrinking an image some but, not stretching it.
