Print stuff

I'm working on building my print portfolio to try and get more print ad business. To do that I'm gonna be putting together a group of "fake" ads for fictitious businesses since I've only done about four or five businesses for real.

I'd like to run them by you guys to critique since I'm not really good at it yet.

Somehow it looks a bit 'dated', as if it's made in the 80's.

The pinks and greens don't seem to compliment each other well. I think it is laid out pretty nicely. I agree about the drop shadow being too dark, mainly on the large girl.

I think it's a combination of the bright pink with the bright green.

Good Strategy to buiild up your portfolio. I've done quite man 4x6 prints and do tons of 4x9's now.

If you can find printers locally, you can rake in good $$$.. I was using a printer in california that was chargin major shipping...

Now I have a local printer and things are going good.
