The mascot needs more glass effects.. he kinda looks old school to me.

The concept is good but the light man could be more attractive, and glow it a bit like glowing ideas coming from his mind.

The logo is excellent. I liked it at the first look. But you can insert more effects at the background of it. Its only my opinion.

This looks like poster, not logo. To many colors, to confusing. It is nice but for poster, for logo it is to complicated.

Yes I agree it's little complex as logo but it's perfect for my current blog design.

I would use a plain background. Actually I'm not sure how the flower print is tied with your idea but an image looks a bit overwhelmed.
