Hmm, I dont know. Obviously you are looking for peoples opinions, but at first glance as a user I see a lot of things i would rather be changed.
Firstly the header, "Bead Styles", It seems a bit rough around the edges. It also just does not seem to be part of the site, I don't know why, it looks very comic booky to me. I think it should be integrated with the rest of the header of the page, perhaps that whole rectangular top should be one graphic with some sort of background, even something subtle. I think the "join our newsletter" bit should be pushed over to the left a bit more, it looks very cramped over there.
I think the boxes could benefit with a bit of colour, like, a very pale pink background in them, and then that girl image could have its transparency turned down a bit (like this picture of Hilary Duff on the left
http://www.gallery.juicyduff.com/). The colours you have chosen almost make the background look like it is a pale pink anyway in a sort of illusion, I think you should try it anyway.
I like the right hand side of the page, those 4 boxes are nice. Not tooo sure about having them not aligned to the top, I guess that could work.
The bottom 4 I think look like they are in the wrong positions, I think it is because the left one is not inline with the edge of the menu column, so it makes it look to me like it is all off positioned. The menu column looks allright to me.
I think some sort of more distinguised footer is needed, for a good example of a nice footer, take a look at this V7n site, a nice thing that clearly shoes the end of the page.
All in all it's a very nice design, just some things I would try to improve!
