Header suggestions

This isn't far enough along to make it into website review, so I hope graphic design will do.

I'm looking for suggestions on this header. I know it's hurting now, so a simple "that sucks" won't help. I'm especially concerned about the right side.

Thanks for any help you can offer.

I think it looks good...so far.

Maybe add more pictures or a background image (maybe some people?) to the middle area.

I agree. I think it looks good so far. Just need to fill in that middle space. I'd say add a background image.

Actually, at second glance, it looks like the green matches too closely to the page background. Try a lighter green (image or BG)

I think maybe a bg pic for the center part of some trees or a forest or something would match nicely....

I like the blank area, it is calming, otherwise what about a background images that display the area from a distance maybe with some morning mist.

Unless the logo part has to look like that I would make some space before and move the "duck" a bit more to the right, it looks a little compressed.

I think you need to play with the composition on the right, there is a problem with the lighting of the images on the right and something about the drop shadow bug's me.
