I want to know how you make the text fall back like in the attached example.

copy the layer and move it bollow the other one

then go to like edit -> transform -> perspective

and grab top right and move it to middle and then move top left box out some

^ that's probably the best way to do it.

But if you want an easier way, just go to Instert>Picture>Word Art in Word. That one looks like it was done in Word imo.
