its not done so i really cant give a large eval,, but..

the heading "quality,,," and "resources,," >> they are too close to the same weight of font, maybe a different font for the second heading, right now it all mashes together. same thing with the navigation bar, its almost the same weight as the second heading, at a glance you cant tell the difference what is what.. besides, a navigation is supposed to be part of the utility of a site not a distraction or clever undertaking. make the nav usable save the art for the heading..
