Need some graphics help

I am looking to replace the classified ad graphic, star graphic and pictures on the lefthand side of the header on my website. (not sure if I can change the header since it is in frames, that is how my site developer did it..long story) any way, I have no expertise in this area. Can anyone give me a ballpark idea of how much this would cost to do?

For the classified graphic, I am looking for an image along the same lines as what we have, just much better and one that will summarize visually what it is we do. The star image, I have decided that I hate, but I still want to display that message. Header, not sure what I want.

Any help at all would be appreciated. Just trying to get an idea of what is involved with doing all this.
