Corel Draw from your list.

But Adobe Illustrator or any other program that does vector graphics will also do.

Photoshop does not do vector graphics.

Definitely Adobe Photoshop is better for graphics designing and Adobe Illustrator for vector designing. Go ahead with both these softwares.

Most of the companies and business prefer to see its logo in vector. So its means Illustrator is the best software to design vector logo.

InDesign is more for laying out newspapers than actual logo design, so don't start there. The others are right about vector images. There are many print projects that will require a vector design of your logo (i.e. printing on mugs, pens, embroidery, etc.). Basically anything that uses the equivalent of a robotic arm to create the image (i.e. sowing in a pattern, cutting out a piece of vinyl) needs a vector, not a raster.

You can get away with designing a logo in Photoshop it it's just for a website and you know you'll never need it anywhere else. You can also get away with designing a logo in Photoshop if you design it absolutely huge and then use Illustrator at the end to trace the image and turn it into a vector image.

Illustrator if you can, coreldraw as an alternative.

I think CorelDraw is quite good for vector graphics if it doesn't need to be entirely professional looking. It doesn't really have the accuracy of Illustrator but it's easy to use and simple for drafting up ideas.

Just learn the basic stuff of Photoshop and Illustrator and you will be fine. It takes time to practice to really getting it down. But if your into graphic business then knowing Photoshop is definitely a good trade to learn.

Photoshop is the best software to design any logos. I know when i have started my career in designing, at that time i was learning it and still now after invention of many photo softwares, still i am using that software only.
With this you can also go for Dreamviewer and Corel Draw they are also best software for creating Logos.
