Design Basics - Mirror Image
In this image, I just copied the original layers, flipped them and then changed the colors to make a mirrored image.

nice, try the same with text and some deft eraser work to get nice reflections, even changing the hue on the reflection gives nice effects

someone try a photo of a face, it's increadibly hard to look accurately look right, a reflection face often looks too perfect because we are so sensative to faces.
Any way try half the face full-colour and the other half greyscale or something.

if u chop a face in half down the middle
throw half away
reflect the other half and line it up
the result doesn't look very good unless the origional photo was taken exactly centered and straight etc.

yes but it can be flipped horizontal and matched right to the pixel ... so you would never be able to tell "except" for the perfect symmetry ....

there are some pixel shading issues that can occurr if you choose to overlap at all but... those can be fixed perfectly...

This one was pretty basic I didn't have time to play this weekend. We had to use pieces of an image we made in the first project. So I couldn't use text or faces.

no acro, for artistic effect
another thing i only just thought of on the reflected face - all the shadows would pooint the other way, (so u'd have to get the lighting just right!)
