Car: Kinda, its pretty much the same thing just a little different step instead of the motion blur, but all in all, the same. I also have a low opacity gradient over top it.

probably needs a more fluid shape to look like fluid-like.
filters are not the answer to everything you know!

I didn't use any filters on this one, its just bevels, shadow, and some gradients.
But the BG is all filters...
