I'm not bored but I was intrigued by your post title so I head a little peek.
Basically a
logo is an object that
brands an
identity. It should be instantly
recognizable and should be
distinct from that of your competitors. A well designed logo should also evoke an
emotional response. It should scale well too (differing sizes).
How can we design your logo. If we look at your website it is hard to tell what A1st.us is all about.
Alright then, it is about high traffic web sites. So, we have to think of an object that can portrayed graphically and says high traffic.
My mind is ticking and.... bingo! I can think of a few things that would portray high traffic. How about a bank of high speed web servers sitting side by side? If you were a geek you would think that would be ideal but Ma and Pa Kettle would have no idea. So we maybe we should start thinking about which market to target. If you wanted the techie, web savvy market then the high speed servers would be fine but if you were going for a broader market you would choose something that the majority would associate with traffic.
When I think of the USA I think of large amounts of traffic on your mega lane freeways / highways or whatever you call them. One thing that sticks in my mind is the 'clover leaf' turnpike. So, you could place a top down image of a cloverleaf turnpike and then put your text over the top of that. Just make sure that everything is simple and dont go into too much detail.
Anyway, that's just one example but there are plenty more you can think of now. For inspiration have a look at
TheLogoCreator. Hope this helps.
