I use Xara 3D. There are loads of templates and animations are easy.

some examples here:-
http://www.graphics-free.com/3d_sign.../animated.html

Some of them can be quite large in size though these are 40KB

Is chara3d good for characters aswell? Like goofy toony characters?

Well my sugestion was way off track. I am guilty of not reading all the threads.

Xara 3D is only for the vreation of 3D signs not toony characters. Having read the last two pages here I see what sort of 3d you are talking about. Way out of my league so Huge appologies.

Hmm I like the "clay" look to that model how is it done? Brazil? I couldnt get that to do much in 3dsm.
