it seems like u tried to hard, maybe. Too much going on, i dont need to see it in html to comment on it, but can u make some changes to the content boxes first. and the two patterns use some inner shadows set to a lighter color or something.. instead of putting in patterns try some small details

when i said where are you going to put the links, alls you had to say was in the "sections" box. Most people dont call their navigation area sections, but i guess you can if you want.

Thats what I need help on.. what kind of patterns you think I should add? just to make it have a tad more detial..

try taking out the patterns first and the dark shadow on the sections box, and remove the smudged text, then i can give some ideas on details etc

id make the top header into one piece straight across and also take out the 4 pixel stroke on the sections box.. when uve made some alteration post an update...

not just the blue and silver, i think maybe the patterned sections and the parts cut away in triangles etc.

What Nick is trying to say is, before he starts coding the design and stuff, he wants suggestions on how to make the design better. He doesn't wanna waste time coding one thing, redoing the design, and coding again.

take the gradients outta the boxes and you might have something at least usable. really, those gradients aren't helping you.
