Hahaha, erm... ok, I figured that if Johns head was going to be on the menu then it would probably have to be frozen first, aaaaaaand.... that's what eyes look like when they haven't been used for a while <cough>.
The fruit is an interesting suggestion but I thought that (like with lobster or fresh fish) the customer might want to see the food rather than the garnish  |
