Grade My Landing Page

I have created the landing page below

To generate traffic to this page, I run an adwords campagin

My ads that link to this landing page are:

"improve interagency communications, request an ICRI field evaluation" and
"quickly link 800mhz, vhf and uhf radios, request an ICRI field evaluation".

These ads generate about 100 views of my landing page per week. To me, the ads and landing page are closely related, so that someone who clicks the ad will get a landing page that appeals to them.

However, after about 700 view, I generated no leads from this page. Can someone suggest changes I can test to help improve the landing page's lead generation. I'm not sure of the problem with this page.

I do not see anything wrong with the page. It looks great.

Its an old thread I know... But (not that your landing page doesnt look good) I would use what CPA networks are using today as a guide. No infringement, but you could take the basic layout of a cpa offer squeeze page and wipe it clean to make your own personal one!

Thread creator has not been back since he created the thread in 2011 and the landing page has been removed for some time now.

You can not review something that's not there.
