You might get more interest if you have some more information to share.
-Type of business/organization or if it's a band or a personal thing, more info.
-Media type, like you want it for print? Website only?
There just two simple things that could at least get a few people thinking about it. I mean for free, and your already making it difficult.

oh sorry didn´t mean to be rude, as the fact of trying to make a designer working for free isnt rude also.
My point here is "show some respect for the profession", but with sense of humor if it´s wrong I apologize.

I used to be one of the people that would have helped him... years ago when I was building a portfolio. And someone still may help him, he just needs to post more information.
