Talking Suggest my title colors? Check my MS Paint logo, LOL.

Anyway, I'm color blind and could use some help any time colors come into the mix. The site in question is BestKinectGame dot com, and I would like some help choosing the colors that will best tie in or compliment the site currently. Here's a pic, and any help super appreciated. The titles I'm talking about are those such as 'top editor rated,' 'top user rated,' 'recent reviews' etc. The titles over each section or widget. ;-)

Thanks!

I was thinking a blue to match the color in the logo and the link below for 'older posts,' or a nice orange. But determining the actual color code... I'm just awful. And going blue to match, well that would make them look like links, and they're not. But 'older posts' and 'home' are, so maybe not blue.

Design advice please, LOL.

White? You mean the grey titles? Or what I see as grey?

I'm not very good at text and fonts. Appears easy to read for me, but appreciate your input and will keep in mind especially if it's something I hear often!

Your grey titles are too light for colour contrast. They have to be almost black to pass the colour contrast testing.

I just changed them all to black.

Does the site look bland? I've wondered if I should put up a 'gaming' background like Miniclip and arcade type sites do...something cartoony, fun, colorful.

Not sure if the white is too bland or what.

Thanks folks!

I think that logo must be simple and according to subject of your site.
For example if you design a website for girls the logo color would be purple.
if its gaming site then shining silver color should be best.

I only pointed out the colour contrast issue because the OP stated they are colour blind and thought they would want to consider that issue for others that have a different type of colour blindness.

hmmm for me ditch the color green and blue color and change a good font for the logo and gradient it a little bit. make it a plain white for the logo but gradient it with a gray and white.

I feel you should have a yellow background instead of the grey and the font color to be orange, red and green.
