Print Quality Stock Photography for 35 cents each
If you are doing design work for modest fees, I think I-stock has gotten a little high price. We recently started using Photos.com (same owners) and are pretty pleased with their pricing and selection. There are definitely differences, but for modest design fees over all with images inclusive, Photos.com has been a good ally the past month.
Because we specialize in home health and physical therapy marketing, the photos we need tend to be same-ish. So we were able to choose the three-month subscription that allows us to download 100 photos per week. One day per week, we go on a buying binge to beef up our stock photography inventory. It really doesn't work out that we can download a full hundred per week, but we are on track to download enough print quality photos over that they will cost 35 cents each. We're pretty happy so far.
If you buy stock photography, especially for print projects, what do yo prefer?
