Resolution Problem, Please Help!
Resolution problem
I am having a problem where I am not able to see my website properly. Unless my resolution is set
to 800 by 600 pixel
.
If I am using a resolution of 1152 by 864 pixels it shows me the site on the left site and not all over the scree.
How can I fix that? can anyone help? http://www.haitisurf.com

you have to center the table, it looks centered on 800*600 because you are "zoomed in" and when you are on a smaller screen resolution like 1024*768 it is in essence "zooming out" and since the table isn't centered, it moves by default to the left, so like i said earlier, just put a <center> </center> around everything and it will do what you want it to do

I think they want the tables to stretch to fill the whole screen. Am I correct?

That will only take care of the main table. They are going to have to change the width on all of the small cells that have a set width, too.

That is exactly what I want I want it to look the same no matter what resolution. I want the screen the be filled and the width to look better and spread accross the entire screen.
Can anyof you rework the code for me in the first page? Or Is it very easy to do? help

I gave this a quick try, but it's going to take longer than I have time for today. Can anyone else give it a shot?

well unfortunately websites won't always look the same when you change resolutions...my experience though is that setting your table width with pixels instead of percents works better. percents can easily be different from resolution to resolution but with pixels it's not as easy for it to be off ya know..so try finding a pixel size for your tables..maybe like 760 or something.

<table width="778" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0">
<tr>
<td height="48" width="778" valign="TOP">
<table width="100%" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0">
<tr>
<td height="83" width="309" valign="CENTER">
and i noticed this in your view source...stick to one..either pixels or percents..one or the other..not both..it give you more chance for weirdness happening.
