What type of festival? Like... music, or art, or ... beer? ... Are the festivities centered in a particular theme?

Well..... the poster, to me, conveys "mystery" only, nothing else. If that's all you wanted it to convey then... I think you've done quite well (I'm not being sarcastic). The colors and work are very good imo.
I'm not sure exactly what kind of festival this is but, the theme of the poster seems a bit on the serious side for a festival ... and I'm finding it hard to think of suggestions for improvement because of this. To me, festivals are synonymous with fun, but the look of this poster doesn't convey this, it conveys only mystery, to me. If it was a poster for a band, it would seem more appropriate. I'm really at a loss for suggestions Inochi ...
I love that green... and the ghostly figure is very good work ... not positive that those are fingers there but, those are pretty cool too...

like the image is really big, and the text looks sooo small. If the text is too big, it looks bad, but it is a little too small.
