If the face wasn't blurry this would be a great, kinda creepy. Not feeling that blurriness, seems designer lost track and just got lazy.

it wasn't lazyness because the clowns head is cut out perfectly to fit in the suit, i might change it back because i still have the .psd

Me too for the most part.
I got the feeling that it was to provide a stark contrast to the crisp area just below (collar etc).
