second site.... it has a more unique and exciting look than the first. I would however, consider using a more sporty looking header font for the second (gopeds online). I think that the "official go-ped dealers" logo at the bottom of the first site, would look good on the second site also, maybe just below the template somewhere, or at a reduced size, on the template somewhere.

That's a hard decision. I like them both. I definitely like the logo more from the first one. I think I'll agree with stealth. Keep some of both designs.
