the red came from his site... tried using black, blue, gold, etc... I didn't like it.

it is the exact color of the hover links... but it doesn't matter, as I didn't save the PSD, I just did it in a few minutes and got out of there.

I think it looks kind of orange, because the yellow stroke. it would be easy to add another text color over that, or change your red on the site to orange.
