Please advice on how to improve layout

I spent alot of time programming all functionality in my new website, but still would like to improve the design.
Any tips from the pro designers are more than welcome

This needs to be in the website review section. Maybe a mod will move it.

Also, you need to follow the "review three" rule.

The only thing I can suggest is replace any JPG images that are not photos, with GIFs or PNGs for extra crispness.
