Resize Image Please

Hi can someone resize this image:

To fit the Logo section at the top in this forum (I need to get it the sam width):

please can someone do this for me. I haven't got any good graphics programs on my PC right now cuz it's new. I need someone to do this for me.

Center, you've been asking for a lot of graphics changes... It would be a good idea to invest in a program so you'd have complete control over your graphics.

There's a whack load of freeware apps that you can download and do the basic you need.

Lol, you're right. I just bought a new PC, so I haven't got any graphic programs...apart from MS paint!

. Do you know any good easy free programs that I can get, just to resize this image?

I don't know any specific for Windoze but there sure are some. The Gimp is free but of Photoshop like complexity so...
