Brilliant flash/web/graphics person wanted

A big hello from New Zealand!
And, no, we don't live in the side of hills... or have Wizard friends... or have a fascination with 'precious' things. (we do keep Orcs as pets though)

I'm actually here in need of some help. I'm not a 'techo' by any stretch of the imagination. I'm actually a first-time novelist who is currently about a month off finishing the manuscript. A sample manuscript has already been read by one of America's leading literary agents and they want to view the entire work once complete.

I'm on the look out for a brilliant flash/graphic/web person who would like to design a simple but funky website for the book. I have a lot of graphics including a cover to use already.

I'm also a struggling writer. Hence, I want someone who just loves to do this sort of thing (in other words cannot pay at this time). But, if my book takes off then they will be developing a fully-fledged and paid-for site. So, aside from having some fun there is also potential for reward.

I'm anal, so someone who has great attention to detail would be great.

If you know of anyone interested... please drop me a line or two.

So here is a postcard I've had made up as a teaser prior to sending out the manuscript to potential agents and publishers (I am doing a mass end out to get the best offers)...

I'd like the theme of the website to carry through the cover's theme... but I have a few ideas about the website. In general though, you guys are the experts!
