It's pretty good but where's the swelling?
It's a good pic but no swelling and too much baby powder applied.
It needs no particular sharpening.
Also look at the right ear, it looks a bit clean to say that side suffered major grazing! What do you think?
You wouldn't fall on that side etc.. without the ear being hurt too.
The lips have too much baby powder (dodge tool) applied.
Swelling is easily applied with the bloat tool.
You don't have purple lips and no swelling unless your..
a) anemic
b) needing oxygen fast
c) dying
d) hole in heart

It's good but lacks pure realism and often you cant see this yourself, its a bit like when you proof read something you've written on the pc, you miss errors etc.. yet when its printed its easier to see. END
He's a very talented artist but he doesn't post in forums... he asked me to tell you these points... and I told him I would ... I hope they help you ..
