a SLIGHT pimpen influence, MAYBE.... its totally your style pimp.
Top buttoms too big and the red part should have less height, other than that - it looks nice.

Looks pretty good, i would make the buttons at the top small, from top to bottom, not width, and make the girl a little more visible. Maybe add some more techno looking stuff to the red part, like lines and boxes with lowered opacity to give a techno effect.

Ile try some of those changes, did I do a better job making this one than my others? what else should I do, you all think? should I use this one or should I try to make something even better?

Still think you should make the nav bar smaller.
Also, lower the text a little (the text under those rectangles)

here is what it looks like with smaller buttons, it takes to long to move everything.. but u get the idea! i think the bigger buttons looks better. what u think?

My thoughts are... raise the opacity of the girl more, put or draw an eyeball in the circle below "welcome" and maybe blend it w/opacity reduction if necessary , keep the small buttons but make the far right box(music)like yellow or gold maybe, or something different than green, blue, red or orange, try an orange bottom bar, maybe with an opposite gradient than the other.
