i like the photo and the text in the upper section, but that Golden Lake text has to be improved, it's just too plain and distracting from everything else (all other elements blend well and compliment each other, but then BAM, the main text just sticks out like...a fat lady? hheh.. Good job otherwise

I don't care for the background blur or the color of the water ... I like the rest... especially the photo of the girl...

double that
the flow of the image is good, the text at the bottom is a little distracting. other than that very nice.

Ya, i totally agree on the text. I didn't spend a lot of time thinking about it, do you think a thin cursive looking text would flow better, and what color should i use?

good plan with the text, not sure what colour.
I quite like the image, but i agree with the posotives and negatives already mentioned, but I just want to add that the lake looks dark black the beach (if that's what's at the back of the lake) looks like a normal beach. Where's the golden?

ya it does look like a beach, but its actually just the reflection of the water i'm pretty sure. I appreciate all your advice, i'm working on another graphic right now that should be up soon.

after taking a long look at the untouched image, I have come to the conclusion that the "Beach" effect could actually be caused by surface wind blowing on the water.
I think the text at the bottom would look nicer blended/faded into the water, visible but not distracting.
just a thought.

of coruse that cold be a good thing - nice golden beaches... but I think it all needs more sun shine, and less dark waters.
