How are you coding it? PHP, HTML? and do you provide blank images, PSDs, or custom logo/name? One page of code or more than one with changes... etc.

Probably HTML. Blank images, prob not. PSD, yes, custom logo, I guess I can throw one in. And um this page + a content page.
If you need to know this also, I spent about 2 hours on it (gettin ideas and stuff)

I don't think time really matters when it comes to making a template... sad but true.
I would say about $75 (if your going to sell it more than once)... If it was a one time sell and no one else could buy it I'd say around $150-$200 ... with a little more work even more.
If it were custom to someones needs then you could count time in the mix and it would probably require more adjustments which would be more. Custom work always pays more... at least if you hire me it does.
Don't sell yourself short, but also don't get in a rush to make 100's of them. When I have free time, and I want to sit back and relax, I make templates (for no real purpose) and then slice and code them... I honostly relax while doing work that's not a "job" or on a time frame... that's why www.juggopop.com has changed so many times over the years... I get bored with it too easy... sometimes before I even finish a layout. I have about 200 layouts for juggopop.com some finished some about half done...
but my point is, don't rush them... take your time and try to make them better than anything else on the net. If you feel that they could get something better elsewhere, then they probably will... you need to feel 100% confident in what you are trying to sell. (and that takes more than just the approval of this forum, it requires you being happy with it.)
hope that helps.
PS. If anyone wants to start a template site, let me know I have a very wild & artsy fartsy (almost ugly) template I made months ago for a template selling site.

for just the PSD I'll charge like $100. (Unique price, only be selling once...)
Thanks for the post Juggo, lots of inspirational and helping things there!
