Grindminded CD cover - test1
I've been asked to design a CD cover for Grindminded's new cd 'Flesh and Bones'.

These guys make the kind of music which Metallica plays sound like softpop.

This is the first design I came up with..any comments?

Looks good!...aprat from the bandname thats missing and the fact that the CD-s title is a) way to decent and b) not placed in the best way...when skipping through a pile of cds, the part you notice the most is the top-third of the CD-cover...thats where band-name and cd-title should belong imho...

yeah... I would lose the two streaks down his left eyeball ( the brown and white streak), and make just the light spot in that iris, the same orange color with a slightly lower saturation level, as his right iris, to see if that improves it or not, it may not, it may look better like it is, but I would try it. Excellent work ...
