Personally , I don't like webhosting/domains like that. Most people will look around for webhosting , and once they see the same template 20 times it gets pretty boring..

yeh , it's not 100 % the same , but I've seen sites before that look like it. Because of template monster heaps of small resellers use the same template.. (not saying you do)

I like color choices... does look like allot of other web hosting sites. you may want to watch where your page break is I try not to cut off text if the page scrolls.
Do however think the design is clean & effective. You must decide if you want a "pretty" or "effective" design. I believe that it is effective & functional. good job.

I would use gif or png images for you icon and text based images.
those images are looking a bit blurry as jpgs.
otherwise, i see no reall issues with the layout... it's nice and clean.

I do like the layout but I know what the person above means by it looking a little 'samey'. A lot of templates for hosting and similar companies use that shade of blue and that shade of orange in their designs. So, make any corporate looking layout with those colours and similarities are going to be picked up on.
Still, it's a nice layout and clean as it could be. Just do what brian's said above, don't compress your small images and you'll have a great site.
Nice one!

pngs are fine... but if you are still concerned, use gif.
jpegs should only be used if there are photo quality images (faces for example)... and even then only as a last resort when other compression types don't look as good.

Yeah I'm with Davey on the color scheme. The blue and orange techno theme on white thing is so played.
Coupled with the stock images, the earth and the ethernet cable, the triple links in the top right corner and the hyperlink details it really bundles it up with whats been done to death.
As for suggestions, the only thing that jumps out at me is the '.com' dropdown on it's own there and the wasted (blank) space generated because of it. You could probably ditch that for the radio buttons alone, since you don't seem to be giving any other options in the dropdown other than '.com'.
Other than that, it looks nice.

It is a commercial website but a little bit "template-like". The navigation bar and the header look exactly a templateshop oscommerce website style.
