Respectfully, it is probably going a bit too far to come into a community and request that people do something for you that don't even know you. Most of the time you are going to find people much more willing to help you if you ask for assistance to learn how to do something for youself.

It's easy enough to crop it to 125x125 but there is absolutely NO way of getting that into a 20kb file size. Here i removed about 3 quarters of the frames and it's still 60kb.

Thanks for the help guys!

But my problem is, the site I want to be put it on says this:

''
Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 125 by 125 pixels or 20.0 KB (whichever is smaller). ''

I would really apperciate it if someone can do that for me, sorry for barging in here like this and requesting this. You guys are awesome.

I don't think you will be able to get it to 20k, it has to do with the number of frames of animation. I shrunk it down to 75X75 pixels and its still at 97k..

It would be possible if you want to loose around half of your animation sequence. I could cut some of the frames out of the picture to make it the proper file size. Just an idea...

The way they do that whole file size thing is, if it is 125X125 AND less than 20k then they will let you upload. Otherwise, it doesn't matter what size the picture is, if its over 20k it could be 1X1 pixels and they still won't let you upload. I would consider using something like photobucket and a link to the picture stored at photobucket, that way it doesn't matter about filesize, you will still be able to use your pic. Unless its a place that doesn't allow links to pics, then, I'm afraid, you are just out of luck with that picture and should consider using less frames for your animation. Sorry I couldn't be of more help..

something that might work is reducing the number of frames significantly like a few have done here, then try reducing the colors. you can use the site cricket suggested to reduce colors, or you can do it with imageready. hope that helps.
