Check out this. I wanted to have this design on the top of the webpage. I think the letters look to washed out. I tried using an outer glow on the letters but it does not look too good. What do you all think. Should I go with that image or should I think of something else. If it isn't worth messing around with I don't want to spend hours making it lookgood u know... let me know your opinions.

Hey! Hey you!! umm...give layers a try: different colors and blends. You can achieve quite a bit with just that method. Maybe some motion blurring?

looks great.... I do think that making the stars more clear would improve it quite a bit though...

yeah... layer styles are amazing... I would definitely play around there some more...

Well... the smog is certainly appropriate...

j/k with you ... I really think it looks great...

I would try sharpening those stars up some though.... just to see how it looks...

Here is the image with the start a little sharper. I actually made them smaller and made more of they so it looked more like "realistic" sky.. Let me know what you think of that one.. It does look better..

Great improvement I'd say, this thing is really looking nice I think... very nice indeed...

hopefully some others will comment...

I'm not too sure about the white fog behind the letters... it does bring them out but... I don't know if that's the best way to do it in this case or not... it really doesn't look too bad but... I don't know... hmmm...

Here is the "almost Final one" I toned down the glow around the letters and added a moon. I has come a long way since the first one... hehehe

yeah... I think that's better... and I do like the moon... I wonder if the moon would look better being the same shade of blue as the lettering... not that it doesn't look good the color it is now mind you, just kinda thinking out loud really.... it may actually look worse that same shade... I don't really know...

yeah... that's just one of those things that I just can't conceive without actually seeing it and am able to say,,,, oh yeah, that looks worse... but yeah you're prob. right... looks pretty good the way it is...

i kinda like the one you have on the site now best of all honestly. It is simple enough to not be distracting, but nice enough that it still catches the eye
