Problem with photoshop image

Hey Guys,

I have designed this graphic as our company logo, the problem i have is that when i add the stroke option in photoshop you can see on the below image that it doesnt produce a smooth line. can anybody please help on how i can get this to be really smooth please?

Redo the graphic so it's vector and not bitmap and you wont get that pixelated stroking?

Or if you can't be bothered re-doing it, just use the 'outer glow' with a range of 0 and anti-aliased instead of Stroke.
