My New Logo Design
Ok... I've been a bit rusty... Dealing with a lot of major personal issues so all of my graphics abilities were pushed off to the side for a bit... Now I am ready to go... taking some refresher courses and ready to hit the ground running... So any suggestions here? This was just a rough draft.. I need to bring it in illustrator and work on my barcode and frog... I'm just looking for feedback on overall look.

Ok i u ask a cartoonist like me (everything i draw looks like cartoon)
I would rate it a 8+, like it simple and well those are my fav colors...
However, the name itself if a little ironic..tried doing it the other way round ?
a green barcode with a black frog

ok ok ... I have some ideas to change it... Like I said.. It's my first attempt and by the time I finish it, it will probably look TOTALLY different... but getting feedback is always helpful so I can spin off other people's comments.... That is why brainstorming in a group is so powerful! haha

Don't know where you stand with this as it's been a while since the original post, but I love the logo.
I'd suggest black barcode, green text, black frog.

Have you checked how will the barcode look when you shrink the logo to a smaller size? It's too complex now.

It's been a couple days since the last post.. but um.. the thing that gets me.... If it's Black Frog Design, why is there a green frog on the logo?

The fonts and the barcode make the logo look "TOO ABSTRACT"
Either the barcodes should have lighter impact or the font and the frog should have more impact!
Let the bar codes look like little Blurry .. and it would create Commanding look.

Just curious... Why a barcode background? Personally I think your logo doesn't need the barcode. Without it will be nice as well.
I agree that the frog should be black and the text another color, though not necessarily green.

Hello again
Just a point, if you look at the thumbnail of your Logo, the barcodes are getting all the attraction and emphasis! The line at the bottom is almost invisible.
