MannyPacquiao.ph used my caricature without permission
check out my own caricature of manny pacquiao(the filipino boxer) here http://www.travsoutput.com/gfx/toons/mannypacman.gif

and then go to mannypacquiao.ph they use my toon without permission.

been doing a whois on their site but to no avail.

Can't you just contact them and request that it be removed or something? I'd personally be flattered if somebody used my work like that As long as they aren't selling it or anything, I wouldn't mind.
