Adding logo to a video

what free software can be used to add a logo to the video i create on my digi cam?

I think the video editing software that comes with windows can do it.

Yeah Windows Movie Maker is quite a good editor program and can add different effect to your video aswell as a logo. It is free for any legal windows user, and comes with Microsoft XP, and may be downloadable to other versions, but I'm not sure.

I am searching for such option for sometimes. But, the free Windows Movie Maker can only add titles, not logo. Finally, I had to use professionals who use Adobe Premiere, which is far more easy to do that but not free.

However, if you still want it cheap (not free), then I think you can try one thing. Create a another video with logo without any background or transparent background. You can outsource it to the experts. Bring video home and merge them with same timeline. I have had the time to test this option. So, I am not sure if 2 videos can be merged in Windows Movie Maker. But with Premiere, it was a piece of cake.

But, if it possible, then you can use the same logo each time for your each videos.

If you could stand to turn the video into a flash movie, a logo, or better yet, an animated logo could easily be added to your movie.

Windows Movie maker can add any image to the video I do it to all mine.

I am using Virtaual Dub... works good and its free

For edding logo to video I use easy program VidLogo. I know there is a trial vesion no time limit. I can add logo without any problem in this software.

try VEGAS and adobe premier, its a good video editing as well in sounds editing..

Neither Sony Vegas or Adobe Premiere are free.
