A happy lookin' fish there and easy on the eyes! I like it. Makes me smile. But if you are planning to use it for advertising, will your audience be ones who already know what's going on? I ask because, until just now when I googled it, I did not know what "World Friends" meant.

it looks wildly like you drew the fish by hand and scanned it in, then attached it to the blue background. if so great job on the drawing, not so great on the text work. lay off on the bevel.
