i think you should make the eye normal, i dont think u should have added noise, or dissolve (Whatever you did) Otherwise i like it

I don't like the effect you used on the eye as well....doesn't mesh with the rest of the composition.

mabey add a slight blue hue to the letter looking thing, but not to much because it will give you the felling of to much blue, because of the glow

thanks everyone. I added a little bit blue on the letter, but i can't do anything to the eye, and there was no effect on it. Its just a bad quality photo of my eye so i should get a better camera. Heres how it looks now, not much difference but anyway
