Need to change the menu..help needed
I recently made http://www.swapnilagrawal.com and I need to change its menu..Please help me with it...I know something is missing but I dont know what..

(It is a part of the header image and I have sliced it)

If its the orange menu bar at the top, I would just add some roll-over effects, like lighten the color a bit on-rollover, and leave it alone. This is one of the most interesting sites I have seen here so far, nice job...
