Kimoz, I'm a big fan of your work, and I was making something that needed that font effect that you have on your pictures, the glowing text, Like in Self Portrait. Please help me.

I was about to say the same thing. Please PM for direct help from other users.

1. There is no telling that the person will "come across" the thread.

2. If it's not for the general public there is no need for everyone to come in and read your personal conversation.

Now... if you are wanting it to be public, but really want a certian person's help, then the best thing to do is make a post where you ask for general help, then PM them a link asking them to take a look.

I'm trying to explain something to you...

you are the one that made a thread titled in a way that it is directed at on user and the entire first post of the thread says nothing directed toward any general users.

I'm not mad, and neither should you.

there is info to be learned and you did ask in a public place for help... we can still find the answer.

I just was making a common statement trying help you get the answer quicker and keep users for just saying "use the PMs"...

if nothing else, this conversation might help others in the future for finding the quickest way to get a users attention while still getting answers elsewhere... so I say we leave the thread.

however lest move on to your question.
can you post a link to the images in question so users don't have to go hunt it down? I might be able to give some advice, now that I know your open to hearing from anyone.

btw, on that pic, there is a straight line across the top of his had that can be improved, i would use the pollygone lasso tool and feather it about 3 or 4 pixels for your pirticular pic,

Its easy. Just use some combination of inner glow/outglow.

there is nothing just misunderstanding....anyway i finally got my self online so....I just want it to be well known that am always welcoming help and support if it is in my hands....and am sorry UberNoober for being late...
well i think u were asking about the glow in the pic ::Self Portrait:: right?
well its one of my scratshs

i just created it by experminting and i think thats the best way for improving...well lets leave this talk show and get into subject

...

Steps:
1.type ur Txt (lets call this layer 01)
2.restarize it so u can apply filters
3.duplicate layer01 (ur txt) (this would be layer02)
4.place layer 02 under layer01
5.Colorize it with any desired color, in my image i used light brownish
6.apply gussain blur (Filters>Blur>Gaussian Blur) set it to 3
7.duplicate layer 02 (that would be layer03)
8.set the blend mode of layer03 to "Overlay"
9.duplicate it again and set it to "overlay" optional (expermient many layers to see how the effect will be)
10.set the blending mode of layer01 to "overlay" or "soft light" its up to u till u got ur desired effect.
P.S.: if it was too white try to reduce the transparency of layer 01

thats it

and if this wasnt the effect u wanted just tell me which one i mean in which photo so i can explain.
